Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.The “CUSTOMER” is defined as the credit card holder and/or the person who originally placed the order with any payment method including purchase order and/or any end user of any product or service offered by HomeyHomes (www.homey-homes.com) or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (“HomeyHomes”).



Shipping & Handling


Please verify the details of your order before submitting, once submitted, orders cannot be changed or cancelled due to the highly automated systems in our warehouse. We send out shipment Monday to Friday and have a cut-off time at 4pm PST. Orders placed after 2pm PST will be processed the next business day. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays. Canadian orders is taxable and we do not charge tax for US orders.



Returns & Exchanges


  • HomeyHomes will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the original purchase. Please contact us before sending out items for return.
  • If an item is returned for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply. All returns must not be opened or used, otherwise only exchange is applicable.
  • Return items must be in original box and include all of the original accessories. Return items will be professionally tested before refunds are given. Fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, etc).
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to HomeyHomes , except when the product is received damaged or becomes defective within 7 days of receipt. HomeyHomes will pay to ship the replacement item to you. Exchanges attempt for a different item will be subjected to additional fees.
  • HomeyHomes strives to maintain a goal of 72 hours service for all replacements after the return is received. Delays may be incurred in the case of lack of replacement inventory. We will contact you in case such a back order happens.
  • In all cases, items returned will not be accepted if it is physically abused, misused or damaged, including damages due to improper installation, physical alteration or service performed by anyone other than HomeyHomes.



Limited Product Warranty


www.homey-homes.com warrants to the original purchaser that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of product receipt. If a defect in workmanship or materials is found in a product that has been properly used and maintained as per instructions included with the product, and such product has been returned to www.homey-homes.com within such warranty period, the product will be repaired or exchanged by us and returned to the shipping address indicated on the original purchase, free of charge. Please note that the CUSTOMER is responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to www.homey-homes.com except where the product is received damaged or becomes defective within 7 days of receipt, as noted above.


This warranty is void and www.homey-homes.com is not responsible for any costs of repair or replacement of any products which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, improper application, improper installation, accident or modification of any kind, or for any product which has been repaired or altered by any party other than www.homey-homes.com.


Please note we do not take non-defective returns for full refund. 20% product price will be deducted as processing fee for non-defective returns (return unit as new in original package).



Limitation of Liability


www.homey-homes.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if www.homey-homes.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
