Shipping Policies

We strive to deliver your orders on a prompt schedule. Handling time is usually 1 to 2 days, in 90% of the cases, we will ship out the order within 24 hours. You will receive an email regarding the tracking information once the item leaves our warehouse.

Free shipping to Continental US (3 business days)

Free shipping is provided for orders from HomeyHomes, except specified otherwise. Tracking number will be provided and 95% of the orders will be delivered with 3 business days after it is shipped out. For items that are not eligible for free shipping or the shipment is going outside Continental US, a discounted shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Faster shipping available at extra cost

We provide UPS Express Saver or Canada Post Xpress shipping options at extra cost. These upgraded shipping service will deliver your items within 2 business days.

Warrany & Exchange

MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANY

All products at HomeyHomes are warranted for one year (365 days) from the day of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Within the first 30 days, HomeyHomes provides free exchange for any faulty product. During the rest of the warranty period, we provide free repairing service. Please contact us before sending out items for warranty repair or exchange. All product specifications are subjected to change without notice. This warranty is void and HomeyHomes assumes no responsibility for any costs of repairmen or replacement of any products which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, improper application/installation, accident or modification of any kind.

HomeyHomes is not responsible for any type of injuries, damages or losses whatsoever due to the usage of any form or usage/set-up of the products sold. 

HomeyHomes cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages due to any delay in shipping or processing, or any damages. If item is delayed or damaged by the shipping company, you must contact us within 7 days of the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) or delivery date to receive a shipping fee credit (in case of a delay) or a replacement product (in the case of a damaged item).

Return Policy

HomeyHomes will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the original purchase. Please contact us before sending out items for return.

If an item is returned for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply. All returns must not be opened or used, otherwise only exchange is applicable. Return items must be in original packaging and include all of the original accessories. Return items will be professionally tested before refunds are given. Fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, etc).

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to HomeyHomes, except when the product is received damaged or becomes defective within 7 days of receipt. HomeyHomes will pay to ship the replacement item to you. Exchanges attempt for a different item will be subjected to additional fees.

HomeyHomes strives to maintain a goal of 72 hours service for all replacements after the return is received. Delays may be incurred in the case of lack of replacement inventory. We will contact you in case such a back order happens.

In all cases, items returned will not be accepted if it is physically abused, misused or damaged, including damages due to improper installation, physical alteration or service performed by anyone other than HomeyHomes.
